Randy and Gail Share Their Mission
Hello, I am Randy Baar. I want to share a bit about Gail and me and our Mission in this short overview. Because we were abiding in Christ and relied on guidance from the Holy Spirit, our life mission has become the mission of the Spirit In America Hour.
Our number one goal for this Christian talk show is to broadcast the love of Jesus to the world through television, internet, and YouTube, as well as other media sources including some social media. Gail, my dearly beloved wife (of 53 years), and I are committed to sharing the real JESUS with real people on Spirit In America Hour. Besides being my loving wife, Gail has been my cheerleader and moral support from the beginning during the birth of the dream to share Jesus, and on to when the Spirit In America Hour became a dream and now as we produce the show in Branson, Missouri.
Now we produce a Christian TV Talk Show with Variety You Can Enjoy.
We promote and feature Jesus Christ through the variety talk show in which I interview prominent people who share their life stories, and present spotlight segment and some music videos. Their testimonies feature Christ our Lord and His impact on their lives.
We are truly blessed because Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit is leading and guiding us. Gail and I are blessed to have a friend and mentor, Dr. Paul Collins, to advise, encourage, and pray as we grow in the Lord. Paul Collins was president of Acts Ministry when I was ordained as a minister of the Gospel. Shortly after that I was licensed through The American Missionary Fellowship.
Currently, my time goes to owning, producing, directing, and hosting the Spirit In America Hour, a Christian variety TV talk show here in Branson. We invite guests who want to share their life story and music.
Our life has had some hardships, but the Lord made strength out of our weakness. We believe in Jesus and enjoy depending on the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.
Here are some more blessings that were significant in the production of our Christian TV talk show. The talk show began in the spring of 1995 when the Holy Spirit and I founded a Christian TV Talk show at the local cable access TV station in River Falls, WI. I heard from the Holy Spirit to pattern it after the Tonight Show that was on television at that time. I started the show knowing that all things are possible with God. In 1999 we visited Branson, Missouri to film some shows. Our pastor at that time, Sam Stauffer, said to us, "The Lord told me that you should move your show to Branson." After prayer, we received confirmation and moved to Branson, Missouri.
Our life blessings continue today because a few years ago we were able to meet the leaders of the WOTGTV Network. And through their media consulting and guidance, we began broadcasting on their outlets. We thank WOTGTV and our Lord.
Many other blessings have come to us through people in Branson, Missouri area and by area shows that have asked us to promote them on The Spirit In America show. We pray that God will abundantly bless you all, and those who are helping as donors, and others who help in non-financial ways.
Thank God and you all and God bless you.
Always Pray,
Randy and Gail Baar
